Podenko A. The Development of Managerial Abilities of a Person in Adolescence

The object of study - development of the teenager's person. The purpose of study is definition of age features and ways of formation of organizing abilities in adolescence. The methods: conversation, interrogation, ascertaining and check experiment, method of expert estimations, methods of mathematical statistics. Novelty: positive connection between a level of development of organizing abilities of the teenagers and level of their social intelligence, features itself-regulation and communicative sphere of temperament, altruistic style of dialogue for the first time is determined. The theoretical value of work: ordering of the conceptual device of the theory of organizing abilities, definition of structure of organizing abilities at the teenagers. The practical value of work: selection of a complex of methods of research of organizing abilities and creation of the developing program of formation of organizing abilities. The subject and degree of the introduction: the developed social-psychological training is introduced in educational process of the Kharkiv comprehensive school № 139 і № 140. Efficiency of the introduction - high. The sphere of the use: average and higher educational institutions, psychological services.
