Essay

The vitamin maintenance of practically healthy people for seasons, sex, age, body mass index in 2002-2004 and physiological norm of vitamin level in blood and day urine are estimated in the dissertation. These and archives data show tendency to vitamins C and PP reduce of blood concentration and all vitamins day urine debit (not PP) for the last 40 years. For the vitamin physiological norm making more precise it is necessary to estimate the levels of vitamins in healthy people every 15-20 years. By polivitamin medicine administration test with “Undevit” it was estimated a latent hypovitaminosis in some persons with a formal normal vitamins level.
