Object – professional training of students of civil institutions of higher education. Aim – theoretical substantiation, development and experimental approbation of the structural and functional model of organizing military training of students of civil institutions of higher education, determination of organizational pedagogic conditions of its realization. Theoretical results and novelty – it is the first time that the structural and functional model of organizing military training of students of civil institutions of higher education has been elaborated, substantiated and approved experimentally; the complex of organizational pedagogic conditions improving results of military training of students of civil institutions of higher education ascertained and scientifically substantiated; the essence of the notions “organizational pedagogical conditions” and “logistics” specified; the criteria, indices and level characteristics of military training of students of civil institutions of higher education determined. Practical results and novelty – development and realization in a centralized educative military subdivision of a method of organizing military training of students and teachers of civil institutions of higher education according to the program of the special course “Pedagogical principles of organizing military training of students of civil institutions of higher education in terms of reformation of Armed Forces of Ukraine and modernization of higher education”.
