The object – legal training of the future teacher. The aim consisted in determining, theoretical grounding and experimental approving of pedagogical conditions of the future teacher as a subject of legal educational relations. The methods: theoretical, empirical, statistical. Theoretical results and novelty – for the first time determined, theoretically grounded and experimentally approved pedagogical conditions of the future teacher as a subject of educational legal relations; determined the essence, structure and kinds of legal educational relations; specified professional, individual and legal characteristics of the future teacher as a subject of legal educational relations; scientifically argumented the essence and structure of the legal competence of the future teacher as the final result of his training, as the subject of the of educational legal relations, the criteria, indicators and characteristics of levels of its development; further development of theory and methods of legal trainings ofthe future teacher. Practical results and novelty – the methodical provision of the process of legal training of the future teacher as the subject of the of educational legal relations and methods of determining levels of legal competence within. The subject and degree of introduction - the special course "Teacher’s legal educational relations” was legal training. The effectiveness of introduction is high.
