Savitska G. Forming of students' moral and ethical standards of behaviour in the process of the social orientation at schools for children with special needs

The dissertation comprises the results of theoretical and experimental research of the problem of mentally deficient students' moral and ethical behaviour. The problem is solved on the basis of pedagogical ensuring of the forming of students' moral and ethical standards of behaviour at the lessons of social orientation at schools for children with special needs.Components of moral and ethical behaviour and criterions of evaluation are learnt, methods of their investigation among mentally deficiet students are developed. Form and methods of forming of mentally deficient students' moral and ethical standards of behaviour in the process of social orientation are substantiated.It is proved that using of the system of exercises approximated to practical activity with articles at the lessons of social orientation guarantees sufficient level of forming of mentally deficient students' moral and ethical standards of behaviour.
