Yevsiukov O. Pedagogical conditions of future officers' professional competence forming in educational process of higher military educational establishment

Object of research – educational process in higher military education establishments. Aim of research – to theoretically substantiate and experimentally check pedagogical conditions of forming professional competence of future officers’ in the educational process. Methods of research – theoretical, empirical, statistical. Theoretical and practical results of research – pedagogical conditions of forming professional competence of future officers are grounded. The results may be used in the process of training of the students of higher military educational establishments, an additional training and improvement of professional skills of officers. Scientific novelty – pedagogical conditions of forming professional competence of future officers’ are theoretically grounded and practically checked, essence of the notion “professional competence of future officers” is elaborated structural and functional components of the professional competence of future officers, criteria and factors of its formation level are determined. Theoretically statements as for its formation got future development. Implementation: the results of the re¬search are introduced in the educational process of Kharkiv university of Air Forces named after Ivan Kozhedub and Kharkiv lyceum of intensive military and physical training of Kharkiv regional soviet.
