Dissertation is devoted to development and substantiation of the content of physical culture lessons with purposeful use of step-aerobic elements for girls age 13-14. The basic problem to be set before researchers is the quest of innovative approaches in organization of physical culture lessons taking into account interests, age peculiarities of girls for solving health improving tasks. Peculiarities of physical development, physical conditioning, ability to work hard, level of physical (somatic) health of girls age 13-14 and puberty have been defined in the dissertation. The system of the physical culture lessons for girls age 13-14 with step-aerobic elements aimed at increasing level and physical (somatic) health as well as methods of united teaching step-aerobic technique and development of girls age 13-14 physical qualities have been proposed for the first time in the given dissertation.
