Essay

The object of study is a training process of wheelchair basketball players. The purpose of the work is to improve the program of strength preparation of wheelchair basketball players. For the first time it has been experimentally proved the effect of use special-preparatory exercises, the structure and content of which correspondent to competitive, ones that were confirmed by the growth of the level of strength preparation of qualified wheelchair basketball players (from 10,17 to 38,00% when p 0,05).
