Essay

The dissertation is devoted to revealing of psychological-pedagogical conditions of developing of communicative competence among students and to creation of the program of its correction by means of foreign language and social-psychological training. In work the analysis of theoretical-methodological approaches to studying a problem of communication, interaction and communicative competence is submitted; attributes and factors of development, correction of communicative skills during the lesson of foreign language is opened. There has been worked out and tested the model of development of communicative competence, directed on realization of improving of the main communication components-skills. Through the quantitative analysis of the study results, their accounting in elaboration of the special program, its experimental verification, there has been proved the effectiveness and necessity of its inclusion into the learning process as a mean of students' mastering the language, together with their personal development. It is shown that the implementation of the special program that offers psychodiagnostic, psychocorrecting and developing work facilitates to correct students' communicative skills and, as a result of it, to improve their social and communicative competence.
