Kalashnyuk E. Political Imperatives of Information Society in the Context of Eurointegrational Processes (on the example of the European Union, the Republic of Italy and Ukraine)

In the thesis there were examined modern state and tendencies of global communicative processes; structurized main approaches of scientific works of information society by American, European, Russian and Ukrainian scientists; determined the impact of IKT on the regional policy; presented the detailed analysis of information policy of the European Union and Italian Republic, especially the analysis of the programmes devoted to the development of the information society and their impact on the foreign doctrine, creation of information infrastructure and the expansion of the strategy of e-government, defined role and level of collaboration of European intergovernment instutions in European integrational process and characterized the efficency of forms and methods of the collaboration between the European Union, the CEI, Republic of Italy and Ukraine; examined the main features of the Ukrainian information policy and determined its main perspectives.
