Substantiation of a new way of solking the urgent scientific problem of elaboration of efficient techniques for heat meliorations in order to obtain early spring agricultural produce on the principles of industrial warm waters utilization. On the basis of research, technical expediency has been proved, agroeconomic efficiency of the suggested technique for warm soil ameliorations with the help of sleeve warm-exchangers with constantly circulating warm discharge water has been substantiated.
