Essay

The dissertation is aimed to investigate the application efficiency of cryopreserved culture of new born piglets' pancreas microfragments in rats with alloxan diabetes depending on introduction location:into parapancreatc tissue, under liver capsule, into liver, into spleen, intramuscularly. There was found localization of biological material introduction: into parapancreatic tissue that contributes to the most manifested clinical effect. The ability of cryopreserved xenogeneic pancreas microfragments has been shown to preserve the ability of produсіng insuline under biological material culturing in vitro and after in vivo use. Cryopreserved culture of new born piglets' pancreas microfragments has been found as causing а manifested positive effect on clinical course of pathological process, contributing to the recovery of carbohydrate exchange, normalization of biochemical, immunological, hematological indices in experimental animals and may be considered to be used in a combined treatment ofDiabetes mellitus.
