The object is the main street-road network of city; the aim is development of methods of minimization of delays of transport on the main street-road network of cities of Ukraine taking into account their planning structure, tendency of growth of intensity of motion of transport, modern methods of his organization and adjusting; methods is systems approach to the analysis of transporting-planning structure of cities with application of methods of design of delays and use of the device ГС PRIZE; novelty is the developed that deep essence of concept is the "delay of transport", systems approach is applied to research of затримоу transport; results are the set dependences between the size of middle delay of transport vehicle and duration of cycle of the traffic-light adjusting, the method of choice of optimum cycle of the traffic-light adjusting after the criterion of minimization of delays is developed, developed procedure of planning of improvement of terms of motion on the managed crossing; it is inculcated at development of the Complex charts of organization of road motion in Kiev, Gorlovka, Kramatorsk; industry town planning
