Essay

This thesis is studying pathophysiological mechanisms of the functional state impairment with peculiarities of structural changes of glomerulals of white rats under the conditions of non-permanent (10 and 20 mgs per 100 g body weight) and gentamycin course during 7 days (10 per 100 g body weight) - injection and substantiation of amber acid and preductal usage under the conditions of gentamycin nephropathy. The experiment was carried on 150 white rats out under the induced water dieresis conditions. Infringement of the basic nephroprocessing (filtration, reabsorbtion) and functions (excretory, osmoregulatory) nephroprocessing were studied. It was shown, that gentamycin has nephrotoxity action in 2 hours after its unitary introduction in dozes of 10 and 20 mgs per 100 g body weight . Nephrotoxity effect of gentamycin it is keep current of day and amplifies at course introduction of a preparation in current of 7 day. In 12 hours after unitary introduction of gentamycin we observed improvement functionsof kidneys, it is connect with inclusion functional reserve of kidneys. It is revealed significantly the breaches of the channel reabsorbtion, mainly in of proximal convoluted tubules, and the ball filtrations, it proves to be true data of morphological research of kidneys fabrics. At the gentamycin nephropathy the most positive effect for excretory and osmoregulatory functions of kidneys was observed when amber acid and preductal are injected jointly.
