Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the studying of psychological potential of evristic talk as a form of educational work at the lessons of World literature. The principles of the effective evristic talk's organization were motivated: the principle of the creativeness; the principle of forming moral qualities and values of the person; the principle of emotive and cognitive decentration; the principle of tolerant attitude to thoughts and statements of other partners of communication; the principle of forming pupils' word outlook. It was shown that using by the teacher psychological and pedagogical principles of evristic talk's organization according to the main ideas of the humanization of the secondary education was stimulated cultural achievements of humanity into inner cognitive and motivated valuable new growth of the person of pupils. It was proved that if the teacher used evristic talk in his/her educational process it was influenced on: development of thinking of pupils; increasing of their level ofknow-ledge; forming of positive attitude to the evristic talk; development of the critical radio to understanding of emotive conditions, motives, purposes of the activity of other people, pupils creative imagination, initiatives, communicative abilities, knowledge and skills; forming of communicative preparation to the process of dialogical interaction; development of the motivation of educational activity; development of needs in communication; forming the structure of valuable orientation of schoolchildren.
