Essay

The object - white outbred male rats with experimental model of drug abuse and severe mechanical trauma, traumatized but non drug abuse, non-traumatized but drug abuse animals and intact rats; the aim - to clear peculiarities of pathogenesis of initial stage of posttraumatic reaction of drug abuse animals with narcotic intoxication and withdrawal syndrome, to substantiate a concept of effective combined therapy; the methods - physiologic, biochemical, lethality counting, determination of types of posttraumatic reactions, therapy of experimental animals, mathematic; novelty and results - for the first time are established the new facts and pathogenetic mechanisms of traumatic illness at drug addicts, the initial pathogenetic stage of traumatic disease and its developments depending on a condition of the changed reactivity of an organism which is caused by a narcotic intoxication or withdrawal syndrome, for the first time it is established, that at drug abuse animals in a condition of narcotic intoxication, the shock fatal type of posttraumatic reaction is not develop, and it is observed only at animals in a condition of withdrawal syndrome, it is proved, that the narcotic intoxication changes reactivity of an organism, strengthening hypobiotic state of animals, for the first time the pathogenetic substantiation of use of a complex of pharmacological medications (diazepam, natrij oxybutirat, ketanserin) for preventive maintenance and treatment of withdrawal syndrome at the injured drug addicts is executed; it is introduced in scientific and educational processes on Departments of pathological physiology, traumatology and orthopedy, military surgery, the course of extreme medicine in Donetsk State Medical University named after M Gorky of Ukraine Ministry of Health, in Institute of Urgent and Reconstructive Surgery named after V.K. Gusak of Ukraine Academy of Medical Science (Donetsk), on faculties of pathological physiology of Odessa, Lugansk, Zaporozhye and Ternopol State Medical University; the area of use- scientific and pedagogical processes in departments of pathological physiology and clinical departments (traumatology and orthopedy, millitary surgery, extreme medicine) medical university, and medical-diagnostic process in clinics of traumatology and urgent therapy also.
