FESENKO M. Transformation of the contemporary system of international relations: conceptual and prognostic dimension.

In the theses a modern state, perspectives and theoretical aspects of the system of international relations transformation are examined; theory of international relations achievements are analyzed; structural and functional peculiarities as well as transformation's conformity to natural laws under conditions of globalization and regionalization are defined and thoroughly scrutinized; a detailed analyses of major factors and tendencies that promote international political transformation and stipulate for its further direction is undertaken; main problems, perspectives and conceptual basis of the international system's global governance foundations are ascertained; national state institute transformation under the influence of globalization is proved; prognostic megatendencies of the international system's transformation are defined; an eventual hierarchy of multipolarity in the first part of the 21st century is found out; the USA's role of paramount importance in governing of the international relationssystem, as well as their possibility to preserve and strengthen its world positions, are proved; Western European and Asian challenges to the USA are cleared up; the problem of Ukraine's adaptation to the formation of new world order is considered
