Essay

The scientific-methodical background of the informational date ware for irrigation scheduling have been improved and developed by theoretical and experimental studies with using of remote sensing data, conducted on reclamation lands of the Kamiansko-Dneprovsky and Crimea areas. The basic principles of proposed methods are the following: to forecast crop yields by directly assessment of satellite imagines and improved formula, witch use Normalized Difference Vegetation Indices spectral distribution; to determine crop state and irrigation use by Leaf Area Indices and Crops Coefficient; to define the spatial distribution of evapotranspiration by adopted algorithm of surface energy balance for irrigationscheduling.
