Ostroglyad O. Realization of defence by advocate in the stage of appellate revision of court sentences.

The dissertation is devoted to the complex study of theoretical and practical problems of realization of defence in the stage of appellate revision of court sentences, and also perfection of legislation of Ukraine, that regulates a defender activity in the criminal process. A question of history necessity of input of appellate revision of court sentences in Ukraine is explored, mechanism of writing by advocate a petition of appeal, including a decision of terms and grounds of statutory appeal, defender participation features in case of consideration of criminal case in court of appellate instance, feature of appellate speech of advocate. Scientifically grounded projects of changes and additions to the legislation of Ukraine after the dissertation theme are offered."
