Essay

Object - technological process of making of sections of WB FSC. Purpose - increase of operating descriptions of FSC and their reliability and longevity by technological methods. Methods - fundamental principles of engineering technology, theory of cutting, theory of resiliency, static treatment and planning of experiments. Novelty - theory ground inflexibility of sections of FSC, the dynamic model process of gnawing through WB FSC is developed. Results - theoretical dependences are experimentally confirmed for determination of cutting force, the improved construction of sectional FSC, technology of their making. Industry - machine-building enterprises of Ukraine.
