Shnyrkov O. The integration factors of the structural changes in the economies of the EU new member states.

The thesis is summarizing theoretic and methodological points of view on the analysis of the economical after-effects of the enlargement of international economic organizations in the world economy. The author has proposed the definition and analysis of the structure forming effects of the international integration: structure developing, structure depressing and structure creating. The process of the structural convergence of the integrating national economies is revealed. It is stated that the foreign direct investments, integration into the Single internal market and EU structural aids were the most important integration factors of the structural changes in the candidate countries. The thesis defines and analyses the integration component of the structural changes in the foreign trade of the EU new members, as well as on the labour market. The author analysis structural changes in the Ukrainian economy after the EU enlargement.
