Uninets I. Global imperatives of smart economy development

The dissertation substantiates a new scientific direction - the concept of the development of smart economy, its essence, imperatives and forms of manifestation in the global environment, and also defines the key directions of the recovery of the economy of Ukraine on the basis of smart economy. It was determined that the transformation of the economic basis of modern society is accompanied by an increase in attention to the problems of personality development, the environment, environmental preservation and, at the same time, the emergence of new management institutions. An international comparative assessment of the development of smart cities in different regions of the world was carried out. The most influential factors of the success of the development of smart cities are identified and outlined. A factor model for assessing the development of the smart economy at the national level has been developed and tested. The modern practice of developing smart cities in Ukraine was assessed. The strategic priorities and mechanisms for implementing the concept of smart economy in the conditions of Ukraine's post-war recovery are formulated.
