The dissertation investigates paradigmatic foundations for systemic transformations of human capital, modern processes of its formation and development in the global economic environment at the conceptual level. Modern trends of globalization, digitalization, intellectualization, and creativity are analyzed and their transformative impact on global economic processes is substantiated. The key factor of modern transformations, in the context of the global paradigm of economic development, is the intellectualization of economic processes, which, due to its all-encompassing influence, brings revolutionary changes to the development of the world economy and ensures the qualitative nature of changes in the global economic system, including those caused by the new quality of human capital. The process of intellectualization is proved to form the basis for the large-scale creativization of economic systems and business processes and find its manifestation in a new modern trend called creativization, the basic element of which is creativity that, in turn, forms the basis for the development of creative entrepreneurship and is scaled in cultural and creative industries. The essence of creativity is determined, the forms of its manifestation and global influence on the world economy are investigated. The transformative impact of digitalization on the development of world society, in particular on human capital, labor, education, markets, and production, is substantiated.
