The dissertation is devoted to the patterns and mechanisms identification of advanced economic growth of Ukraine, based on use of the complex approach of formation and development of innovative factors of growth and providing the acceptable living standards. The author developed the mechanisms of acceleration of economic growth which are carried out by means of combined of financing for activation of "growth points", creations of conditions for sustainable innovative growth, diversification of economic policy to increase the national competitiveness and standards of living
