Essay

The object - means a progressive technological processes of roller-bearing details manufacturing. The purpose - is an increase of reliability and longevity of roller-bearing by the technological providing parameters of quality rotation surfaces of rings on the operations of the without-center polishing. Methods - are fundamental positions of technology of engineer, theory of cutting, theory of resiliency, methods of statistical treatment and planning of experiment. The novelty - is the principles of providing of process of treatment of external rings of rollerbearings applied in theory. The results - it is developed and applied in industry engineering method of management of quality of surfaces of rotation of rings of roller-bearings parameters. The use sphere - means the machine-building and enterprises of Ukraine.
