Bolyak A. Model Characteristics of Physical and technical preparedness of sportwomen of sportaerobic on the stage of preliminary training

Thesis contains the result of experimental research in which the object is the process of training of young sport aerobic sportwomen on the stage of preliminary good ground training. The subject of research are models of physical and technical preparedness of sport aerobic young sportwomen. The aim of research consists in elaboration of scientific methodic base of improvement of physical and technical preparedness of sportaerobic sportwomen on the foundation of modeling its structure. The scientific novelty contains in the working out for the first time qualification models of contest activity, physical and technical preparedness of aerobic sport women on the foundation of thorough scientific analysis. According to qualificated models it had been worked out and experimentally grounded the programme of physical and technical training correction of sportaerobic sportwomen on the stage of preliminary basic preparing. The feature of this programme is foreseeing the complex purposeful improvement of physical and technical preparedness indices according to worked out models by defining the tasks and selecting methods and means of training. The results of research are recommended for practical use for sportaerobic trainers, teachers of physical education and sport establishments.
