Monastyrskiy S. The Scientific Substantiation of indexes of Tape Conveyors Quality for Adaptation to Various Conditions of Operation

The dissertation is devoted to definition of individual and complex parameters of quality of tape conveyors, on the basis of the laws received for various conditions of operation. Methods of the statistical analysis develop likelihood models of reliability, laws of reliability parameters change, and also characteristics of a drive vibration depending on factor of difficulty of operation on the basis of which technical values are determined, reliability and ergonomic parameters of quality of conveyors are determined. Models of power consumption minimization, tape deterioration and the loading devices are developed. The mathematical models of "external" influence of bulk cargoes and criteria of refusals, dynamic models of units are proved. The comparative analysis of consumer quality of the investigated conveyors on individual and complex parameters depending on factors of difficulty of the operation is executed, allowing to plan ways of conveyors perfection.
