Thesis research study deals with the problems of dynamics development of regulatory self-appraisal function at pre-school and primary school age children. This dynamics is related to the peculiarities of structural self-appraisal components forming, when the role of cognitive component together with the child age rises above emotional one and it leads to the increase of adequacy self-appraisal degree at a rising person. The results of children involving in systematical school education are changes in the self-appraisal structure, which can be seen in prematurity of emotional component and lack of cognitive forming. Children regulatory self-appraisal function is disturbed in the state of excitement or negative attitude from the direction of significant surroundings. Emotional component "exceeds" cognitive one which leads to the heightened anxiety at children and the inhibition of their self-appraisal activity as subjects of activities and communication. On these grounds, we have worked out the pilot tested program of psycho correction for the regulatory self-appraisal function deformation overcoming and signs of children's anxiety which is concerned with it.
