Popovich I. Criminalistic methods to secure the banking system accounting documents turn-out to prevent crimes

Об'єкт дослідження - crimes in a bank sphere, which are accomplished with the use of counterfeit calculations documents activity of employees of bank institutions and specialists in industry of research of documents. Мета дисертації - development of criminalistics recommendations in relation to prevention of commission of crimes in a bank sphere with the use of counterfeit calculations documents. Методи дослідження - systems approach, structurally-functional analysis, comparatively-legal, historical. Наукова новизна - it is first developed and grounded criminalistics classification of calculations bank documents; first selected and described integral blocks of defence of bank documents from an imitation. Практичне значення - row of positions and conclusions of dissertation can be used by the workers of banks, investigators and experts with the purpose of verification of documents on the decision of signs of their imitation. Предмет і ступінь впровадження - material of dissertation was used in the educational process of the Kiev university of law (act of introduction from 21.10.2005); at preparation and in-plant training of employees of banks. Ефективність впровадження - conclusions and suggestions got positive estimation of specialists. Сфера використання - activity of law enforcement authorities and bank institutions of Ukraine, educational process.
