The thesis is dedicated to the complex research of conceptual approach to the issue of trade and economic cooperation of USA with the transition countries, including Mexico and countries of CEE, as a factor of such cooperation development between the USA and Ukraine. Institutional preconditions of trade and economic cooperation between Ukraine and USA are considered in the work. Organizational and institutional factors of intensification the trade and economic cooperation between Ukraine and the USA, practical recommendations for its effectiveness increasing are examined.
