Essay

The purpose - perfection of a technique of designing of the mechanism of movement of the piston compressor for increase of efficiency of process of designer-technological preparation of manufacture. The system model of process of designing is developed, the purpose and the maintenance of design stages are specified, functional and information communications between stages are established. The system model of the mechanism of movement displays the list of functional elements which provide the basic purpose of the piston compressor. With application of the system approach the structurally functional model of system of the automated designing, the integrated mathematical model of carrying out of calculations on durability of details of the mechanism of movement of the piston compressor, performance of dynamic calculation are made. The complex of the software allows to save time and means which are spent for designing. The library параметризированных models of details of the mechanism of movement is created. Three-dimensional solid-state modelling has allowed to define precisely weights of details of the mechanism of movement, the center of weights of moving details. Change of a structure of a counterbalance has allowed to lower its weight.
