In dissertation it is observed the methods of empirical and theoretical analyze for economic nature of international tourism on the base of five scientific approaches - classic trade, neoclassic trade, marketing, investment and social-economic evolution. All economic conceptions are adopted for travel industry, understanding tourism service like special non-material kind of international good. Examination work is realized in the field of tourist market evolution for Central-Eastern Europe, taking into consideration the reorientation of CEE regional economy to openness and liberalization in years 1980. It is described the timing of tourism market creation in CEE countries and underlined main features for this process. Orientation to standard tourist products only is declared like fragile position of market and diversification is considered like a guarantee for stable market evolution. In accordance with received results it is proposed recommendations for Ukrainian travel industry in the direction to improve marketing and management policy for enterprises of receiving industry. It is investigated the diversified process of development of modern institutional-functional mechanism of international trade in tourism services. It is analyzed the multilevel system of institutional subject's relationship on travel market and described the principal role of each link in development of world economic tourist sector, attracting attention to national travel organizations and it's influence over national market evolution. With the purpose to define strategic efficiency for new tourist product's introduction under conditions of diversification of international trade in travel and tourism services it is developed and proposed the mathematical model including different levels of world market demand. Preconditions and recommendations of forming are formulated for the Ukrainian travel industry restructuring from the point of marketing orientation to new objects, target groups and terms. The resort and recreation potential ofUkraine is analyzed in dissertation and it is fully investigated the actual situation on the Ukrainian travel market with the possible purpose to create communitarian tourist market jointly with the Central-East European countries in the frames of bilateral agreements and under integration approach to European Union and Black Sea Economic Commonwealth.
