Essay

In this thesis reseach we developed and theoretically grounded the system of preparation the secondary school administration to innovate activity at the re-certification courses in the Central In-Servise Inststute on the basis of theoretical analyses of this activity. The courses are shown here only as a part of the whole in-servise system, which is characterized by such components as: conceptuality, contextualty, technological, reflecksive and prognostical components. As a result of the courses for school administration in the Central In-Service Teachers' Training Institute the competency of these leaders in innovative activity grows (they gain interest, knowledge, develop their skills, personal abilities experience in manarging their school). This nesult also influences on the effectivness on a school as a whole.
