Object - the heterosis level of sister crosses and his influence for main farming-value traits of modified hybrids of corn manifestation. The purpose– the variability degree of main traits of modified corn hybrids in dependence of sisters crossing heterosis level determination. Methods – visual, weigh-measuring, mathematical-statistic. Novelty – the modified corn hybrids crop capacity, and main thrifty valued traits valiability main appropriateness was learned and specialized at first, depending on heterosis of their parents forms - sisters cross combinations of inbred lines from two genetic plasma: Iodent and Lancaster. Results – proved possibility of selection of sister hybrids with high combining ability and some other valuable traits, which can provide the same or better yield levels in test crosses in compare with standard hybrids. Analysis of variability of yield level and of main farming-value traits for single and single modified hybrids according to sister combinations heterosis level was conducted. The most valuable for breeding lines DK411, DK437, DN619, DN3, and DK427 and sister hybrids GK26хDK437, GK26хDK411, DK437хDK411, DK427хDN619 and DN3хDK427 were selected. Ope hybrid of corn were included in the State register of sorts of plants – Soyuz CV. Sphere of use – Agricultural.
