Dissertation work object is correlation of morality and right in practical philosophy of I.Kant. The aim of dissertaton is to put up the constitutive aspects of correlation morality and right in I.Kant's practucal philosophy with the help of historic and philosophic investigation. The methodology used in the work correlates with the principles of historism, comparativism, coexistance of hystorical and logical and is based on the factological, conceptual and critical analysis. The dissertation is devoted to research of correlation of morality and right in I. Kant's philosophy (historic-philosophic analysis). In the research was ascertained that it should be stated that the basic entity is being created the antagonism of absolute status of morality and legitimized status of right in I. Kant's practical philosophy in relation with characteristics of the factors of distinction and identity of Kantian interpretation of morality and right. Factors of distinction are determined by difference between noumenaland phenomenal definitions of human being (of culture in broader sense). Factors of identity because of which is being created the possibility of understanding morality and right as defined unity are being derived from a priori reflection of freedom as ontologically conceivable entity.
