PETRYCHENKO L. Training of the future primary school teachers for innovation activity in extracurricular work.

The subject is the process of primary school teachers' training for their professional pedagogical innovative work; the aim is to substantiate theoretically and to test practically the system of higher pedagogical educational institution student's extra-curricular work which is directed to the future primary school teachers' training for innovative work; the methods are: theoretical, statistic,empiric. Novelty is for the first time peculiarities of stages in future primary school teachers' training for innovative activity in extra-curricular work are substantiated scientifically; the system of extra-curricular work of primary education faculty students' of higher pedagogical educational institution in the process of their training to innovative work is worked out and tested experimentally; criteria and indices of primary school teachers' preparation to carry out innovative work are determined; the further development is given to the definition 'teacher's innovative work', which is determined as based on understanding of pedagogical experience in creative pedagogical activity that is directed at progressive changes and development of teaching and educational process, formation of qualitatively different pedagogical knowledge and new pedagogical practice. The results can be used by teachers, curators of academic groups in the work with students, masters in the course of pedagogy and higher school pedagogy studies, educational workers on the courses of professional skills' improvement.
