Dissertation is devoted to studying dependence of effectiveness of professional musical pedagogical interaction between music teachers and musically gifted children preschool age from their readiness for work with children of the category. The analysis of modern approaches to the way of understanding the psychological readiness allowed to extend psychological knowledge of peculiarities of organization professional pedagogical interaction with musically gifted pre-school age children, psychological preparation of pedagogues for working in dynamical creative environment, broaden the conception of the impact the subject of a teacher on the level of his psychological readiness for professional work and gave base to specifics of psychological readiness of music teachers for work with musically gifted children preschool age.The structure of psychological readiness of music teachers for work with musically gifted children preschool age has been reconstructed; the dependence of effective work of music teachersfrom the level of their psychological readiness and subject position has been proved; the level of subjectiveness of teachers of music is defined to be the backbone factor of psychological readiness for work. The creative subjective training was elaborated; it helps to develop the level of subjectiveness and to form psychological readiness of music teacher for work with musically gifted children 5-6 years old. The training contribute to the consistency and orderliness of the formation process of personality of future teachers of music as well as forming, development and correcting of the components of psychological readiness of those music teachers who already work with musically gifted children preschool age.
