Adaptation reactions types in children and adults living on urban and industrially polluted territories were determined on the basis of account immune system integrated parameters. It has been revealed that specific cell immunity was least steady than nonspecific cell immunity to environment condition. The specific humoral immunity was characterized by disbalance. Multiple regression analysis has established, that the complex action of heavy metals was more expressed than separate influence each of them. Cu more often was the most significant predictor in the joint action of metals in all ages. The comparative analysis of central nervous and immune systems sensitivity to a cooper level in the body, executed on homogeneous group of 12-years old schoolboys, has revealed considerably higher sensitivity of nervous system.
