Khodakovsky O. Value of the immunogenetic markers of the blood for the selection donors of the antistaphylococcus plasma.

The Dissertation is devoted the questions of the influens of the genetically inherited HLA-A,B,C,DR and ABO, Rh-Hr, MNSs, Lewis, Kell groups on the production of the antistaphylococcus antibody after immunisation staphylococcus sorbcient antitoxin on 603 donors. This antigen was detected in control 744 donors with the aim as selection of the active donors with the high level antibody as a characteristic of the population of the South-East genogeographic sone of Ukraine and exchange by haemocom-ponents and haemopreparats with bank of the tissue. Active donors have the gaplotypes HLA-А3В7+ АLeb+ (6,0 - 8,0 IU/ml antibody); HLA-А2В27, HLA-А3В27; HLA-А9В22; HLA-А9В27 HLA-DR2 (10,0-16,0 IU/ml antibody). Weak donors have gaplotypes HLA-А1В8, HLA-А2В14, and was producted antibody on level ?1,0 - ?4,0 IU/ml. This gaplotypes was observed in 61 children with staphylococcus sepsis and this concentration of the antistaphylolisins is deficienci for defance against the infection. Immunogenetic character-stic of thedonors is very need for create of the tissue bank.
