Essay

Dissertation work is devoted to the research of the problem of personality religiousness (PR). The author put into practice a new notion of PR, which has been described in terms of external religiousness and serves as a part of this phenomenon. Mechanisms of PR forming and functioning were explored. Four types of PR connected with appropriate personality profiles were described. The main peculiarities of every type of PR have been described. The specific appearance of PR in the context of psychological protective behavior was analyzed with coping-strategy influences.
