Makhlai O. Psychological conditions of cognitive sphere development of operative search units officers of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine

The content of the concept “cognitive sphere of an operative search unit officer” and its significance for effective professional activity under special conditions have been defined. The structural model of cognitive activity of operative search units officers of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine has been developed and scientifically tested. Psychological conditions of cognitive sphere development of operative search units officers have been determined; mark criteria, indexes and levels of its progress have been substantiated. The real level of cognitive sphere state of operative search units officers of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine has been detemined, practical recommendations on its development have been elaborated. Developing influence for cognitive sphere of operative search units officers has been experimentally proved; manifesting multicontext creative thinking needs; abilities in solving problems; creative mental strategies seizing; skills for emotional state self-regulationin the process of creative activity; reasonable creative interaction in professional activity, etc.
