In dissertation the history of becoming of the valued approach is reflected in native and foreign pedagogical sciences. Maintenance of notions is specified "value" "values" common to all mankind "humanism values". Psychological-and pedagogical essence of problem of forming of values personality is exposed, the features of forming of humanism values are found out in the students of cultural-and artistic, it is founded role and place of social science disciplines "History of Ukraine" "Philosophy" "Political science" "Sociology" as a mean of forming of humanism values of students. In a theory the methodical model of teaching of social science disciplines, based on the definite by an author methodical terms of effective construction of process of forming of humanism values of students of cultural-and artistic, is grounded.
