Chopchik V. The Conceptual directions of the development organization of stomatology help to adult population in system state dispensary institutions greater city Ukraine

Dissertation is devoted to the scientific ground, development and introduction of modern scientifically-methodical directions of optimization of stomatology service of adult population in cities. Basic drawbacks in organization of state dispensary stomatology help in the city are determined (for example in Kyiv). It is set in research, that the stomatology service of adult population in cities of Ukraine considerably falls behind the most developed countries of the world and is inadequate and doesn't correspond to the WHO requirements and international standards. The significant age features of indexes of visitation and coefficient of consumption in stomatology services are set statistically in dispensary stomatological institutions. Sociological research among doctors and populations on the studied problem is carried out. Conceptual directions of development of stomatology service in the system of state dispensary institutions are worked out on the basis of WHO recommendations, requirements of state normative acts. The algorithms for improvement the structure of city stomatology institutions were created.
