Object of research: process of formation transaction expenses of the international economic integration. The purpose of dissertational work is the deepening of theoretical and methodological bases and development of scientific - practical recommendations on regulation transaction expenses in conditions of the international economic integration. Methods of research: a dialectic method of scientific knowledge, methods of the analysis and synthesis, an induction and deduction, a method of unity historical and logic, a structurally functional method, comparative the approach, positive and normative approaches, a statistical method, the economic-mathematical and comparative analysis. Theoretical results: consist in perfection of theoretical and methodological positions and development of scientific - practical recommendations concerning regulation transaction expenses of the international economic integration. Practical results: recommendations and approaches on increase of efficiency of integration interactions of Ukraine in the international economic space on macro and microlevels are developed. Scientific novelty: for the first time: it is submitted definitions of a category " transaction expenses of the international economic integration "; the mechanism of regulation transaction expenses of the international economic integration is offered. It is advanced: classification transaction expenses in a context of the international integration; approaches to definition of directions of state regulation transaction expenses of the international economic integration of Ukraine. Have received the further development: the integration and index approach to an estimation of a level transaction expenses of the international economic integration; algorithm of definition of investigations of the international economic integration on the basis of application of system macroeconomic and social and institutional parameters.
