Functional and metabolic activity of liver, heart, brain mitochondria and blood under sodium nitrite influence were studied. Parameters of heart rate variability in high- and low resistant to hypoxia rats under given conditions with previous application of amaranth oil and interval hypoxic training were measured. Obtained results showed variety of reactions, connected with the lipidperoxidation and antioxidative activity system. Preventive application of both protective factors in high-resistant rats, according to the changes of free radical homeostasis, provides higher quality of adaptive reactions in all researched organs, comparing with low resistant animals. Under conditions of hemic hypoxia in high resistant rats, comparing with low resistant, spectral fluctuations of cardiac rhythm was higher, due to the mid- and low-frequency waves connected with sympathetic modulating effect on cardiovascular system. Furthermore, irregular rhythm as tachycardia in all groups of animal was detected. Results of researches at application protective means are the certificate of that the adequate induction of systems antioxidative protection under conditions hemic hypoxia, is realized in interrelation with optimum activation and support of balance sympathetic and parasympathetic links of autonomic regulation.
