. Dissertation is devoted to the problem of im-provement the ways and methods of police officers' professional training in the field of formation of their psychological readiness for using fire-arms. Negative influence of the conditions of strategical and ministerial duty activity on psychological station of police officers is presented. The ways and measures that influence on efficiency of formation psychological readiness for using fire-arms by police officers are uncovered by experimental method. Methods and practical recommendations to improve psychological training of police officers to form their psychological readiness for using fire-arms are elaborated and checked by the way of conducting experiment.
