Basic approaches to the research of problem of teachers-linguists pedagogical creativity in a psychological and pedagogical theory and practice are generalized. The structural components of pedagogical creativity are defined. The diagnostic tools for the research of level of teachers-linguists pedagogical creativity is grounded in theory and practically used. On the basis of results of empiric research a psychological analysis is conducted and the features of level of development of pedagogical creativity teachers-linguists are found out depending on the structural components of personality and different terms. Psychological and pedagogical terms and ways of teachers-linguists creativity development are defined. On the basis of psychological analysis of diagnostic results and different approaches the set of psychological training exercises for the development of teachers-linguists pedagogical creativity is offered. It is set that the teachers-linguists pedagogical crea tivity are characterized by specific maintenance, multicomponental structure and levels of development. It is grounded and experimentally tested in theory, that the teachers-linguists pedagogical creativity may be developed by means of the purposeful psychological training.
