Tkach V. Formation of mechanism of Ukraine's integration into the European labour market.

The theoretical and practical aspects of analysis of the World and the European market of labour resources under the circumstances of globalization have been researched in the thesis. The conceptual methods of participation and mechanism of Ukraine's integration into the European labour market, economic, social and financial perspectives of employment in the most important centers of Ukrainian labour migrants' employment (the European Union Member Countries, the Russian Federation) have been proposed by the author. The thesis is also dedicated to outlining the equal opportunities for labour costs and social guarantees abroad.The conclusion concerning the Ukraine's priorities of integration into the European labour market which depend on regional, institutional, scientific and technical directions of internal labour market's development has been made.
