Object - the process of professional training of foreign languages teachers; subject - pedagogical conditions of effective development of professional self-realization of future foreign languages teachers; goal - to find and to probate experimentally the ways of the most effective influence of different kinds of educational activity on the formation of readiness to professional self-realization of future foreign languages teachers; methods - theoretical: analyses, synthesis, comparison and generalization of scientific literature on pedagogy, psychology, philosophy, creating of theoretical model; synthesis of empirical material, classification, deduction, induction; empirical: diagnostic methods (a questionnaire form, talk, interview, socio-metric methods); observations (direct, indirect, inserting observation); forecast methods (expert's evaluation, modeling, scaling, etc.); pracsymetric (analyses of educational activity, analysis of profession); novelty: for the first time were determined, theoretically grounded and checked experimentally pedagogical conditions of student's enlisting to different activities aiming to prepare them to professional self-realization; was specified the essence of the notion "professional self-realization of future teachers of foreign languages" which determined as fulfilling individual and personal abilities of a person in their creative activity; were determined criteria (professional self-realization and professional activity) and the levels of future teachers of foreign languages readiness to self-realization (elementary, problem-searching, creative); were developed principles of correlation social-professional communication, organizational abilities and professional working in the process of professional self-realization fulfilling.
