Yevsyukov O. Psychological forecasting of professional reliability of experts of rescue units of the Ministry of Emergencies of Ukraine

The dissertation deals with the theoretical generalization and new scientific problem solving which is revealed in the possibility of organizing and conducting the long-term and operational psychological forecasting of the professional activity reliability of the rescue units’ servicemen within the Ministry of Emergencies of Ukraine. During the research the author has authentically proved that the most significant qualities in ensuring professional activity reliability of the rescue units’ experts of the Ministry of Emergencies of Ukraine are person’s individually-psychological qualities characterizing emotional and neuropsychic stability, situational and personal anxiety, character and temperament peculiarities. Motivation and state of health, neuropsychic status and CNS functional reserves are universal determinants of the rescuers’ activity reliability. The algorithm of psychological forecasting of professional activity reliability of experts of rescue units of the Ministry of Emergencies of Ukrainehas been worked out on the basis of using plural regression analysis.
